Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your Retail Orbit order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Simply contact our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return under our Refund Policy.

2. Returns & Refunds

At Retail Orbit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, intimacy items, and digital downloads cannot be returned.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
